MO-KAN ANNOUNCEMENTS

The July 17^th rodeo at Lone Wolf is canceled.

The July18th rodeo has been moved to August 22, 2010.

MO-KAN has added a rodeo on August 8, 2010 at Rawhide.

Finals packets will be passed out at the July 31^st rodeo at Buso’s.

Please see Pat or Tonya Lichte to try on coats for finals, we need all coat sizes by the end of July.

Calling all MO-KAN ladies, if you are interested in running for MO-KAN Queen, Princess, or Little Miss, please see Mrs. Bartley or Suzie Wheeler.

Our friends at MidWest Roper Supply are sponsoring a Finals Scholarship open to all members to help pay for finals expenses. Five two hundred dollar scholarships will be awarded, all forms must be turned in by July 26^th. The forms are on the website or see Michelle Dickmeyer.

We hope everyone has been selling American Royal tickets. If you have any orders please give those to Michelle Wansing!

Remember all raffle ticket stubs must be turned in to Matt and Michelle Wansing, we will be drawing for those items during finals. If you have not received your raffle tickets see the Wansings.

American Royal Youth Invitational Rodeo forms are now posted on the American Royal website. Contestant applications are due by August 15, 2010. Good Luck!

Rule change proposals are due by July 31^st to the MKYRA board.

Presenting the MKYRA 2009 Year Book....
This will be in the same format as a school year book with "head shots" a group picture of each age group PeeWee, Jr & Sr. One action shot of each child and some candid pictures taken around the rodeos. Plus extra blank pages for your friends to sign.

Begining at the rodeo at the Rawhide rodeo this weekend (07/25 & 07/26), Michelle Wansing will be taking the "head shot" pictures at her trailer so the kids can wear what they want for their picture. We will also have one "action" shot of each child in the year book and if they would please go to Good Ole Days web page when it is up or check with Christine at the rodeos she said they could pick one picture for the year book and let her know which one they want and she will get them to me for the year book. Or send Michelle Wansing a picture of your choice to put in the 2009 Year Book.
